Guest guest
Hi Tina, This is something that has been talked about a lot on Bee's group, even very recently. Seems her reply has been usually, that the nutrients in them help us detox whatever filling is in there. In the recommended ones, the filling are not the especially bad ones anyway. I avoid the ones with rice /potato flour and such. I still eat a lot of nightshades, and maybe they even make me hurt a bit more, not quite sure of that even, but they are very nutritious, if cooked well. sometimes pain is a sign your body is moving toxins around and out of you. I eat tomatoes raw. I have many Autistic symptoms that greatly reduced on the diet and supplements. Autism is a sign of very insufficient nutrients and a greatly reduced ability of the body to derive nutrients from the foods we eat. The gut needs to be healed first, and the high fats are very necessary, and lots of nutrients, as well as the eggs, bone broth, and fatty meat. I use a lot of meat broth, but not bone broth, so I take the calcium/magnesium citrate, and make sure I get plenty of gray moist sea salt. I still order some from Swanson, but when I started the diet, I sent some stuff back to them. you can ask them about it. that was some stuff not recommended. Since starting the vitamin B1, I notice some difference in my sleeping, and not sure about if it will help my hand pains and burning, but I know from the burning pain I used to have in my feet, and the times of burning body pain, I know I was, and maybe still clinically low in B vitamins, especially B1. Our kids and us can have reactions to supplements, and certain foods, and we worry about such reactions. I try to tell myself, is this a sign my body is doing house cleaning, and the clutter is still around, and not yet in the trash. I see now a lot of that trash is gone in the garbage, and the trash guy has picked it up. My house looks much better and in much better working order. I think the supplements can make the difference in the trash just being moved around, or the trash going into the garbage can. Any way, this is just the way I feel about it. I have a large book on nutrition for nurses and docs, and the vitamin deficiencies symptoms are clearly the symptoms we have. the weston price book talks a lot about the modern diet being very deficient. To heal though, our diet also needs to be very low carb, and very high fat-about 70% calories from fat. With such a diet, we will eventually no longer have reactions as much to foods, or supplements. I wish I could just get what I need from foods, but right not it is just not enough for my depleted body. Hope this will give you something to ponder over, and pray over. I want you and your family to really improve and see the healing signs. Also in all things I try to be patient in my healing journey, and do not worry too much about my reactions, and always look at all the long term benefits I see now, and the ones I feel will come later if I keep up this diet and supplements. Love, C. > > To tell the truth,I have not looked at Bee`s supplement list.I have many in my cupboard, mainly from Swanson`s.My friend and i were having this conversation about her getting night shades out of her diet, and someplace I came acrross Magnesium Stearate. Most supplemets have this in it.Excpet, like many companies that make supplements for kids with ASD or ADHD.They also use potatoe starch in most of the supplements.SO,we were wondering, how beneficial it is to take any of these? She is to the point, she is going to stop taking her supplements, because they have magnesium stearate, which has, hydrogenated oils, and ptoatoe starch, which is a deadly night shade vegitable. They stick this is medications and supplements both.I am thinking, maybe better to just get your nutrients from food and maybe, homeopathic minerals.Bathing in spring water,is you have this option near you,is very beneficial.Just something to think about.Eating the bone broth soup and egg yolks and homeoapthic minerals,I think,is a good way to go to get nutrients, without all this added crap, that is probably, why, many people are not getting better. >
