I can't copy the article here due to copyright laws, but the author provides good information regarding the importance of reducing Omega-6 fats in the diet if you suffer from pain, due to their pro-inflammatory nature. The key to help reduce pain is to increase the Omega 3's and Omega-9 fats, which are anti-inflammatory in nature. She also gives suggestions on which foods to consume to accomplish that.
