Bindi . . . Regardless of how slow you progress, don't give up! . . . You will get better, but it can time, along with a lot of trial and error. IMHO, I'll try anything that doesn't hold the possibility of making me worse. It's been twelve years since my implants were removed, and I'm still learning and getting better. Recently, I had extensive blood testing done and EVERYTHING was in the normal range. . . I sensed a change in the attitude of my doctor when he saw the tests. He was treating me like a non-compliant patient because I wasn't ready to jump on all the medications he offered. . . Now he's supportive! Here's some things to consider: Deep massage therapy Liver flushes Epsom Salt baths Clay baths FAR infrared therapy The Maker's Diet (with recommended supplements) No

microwave foods No pork No sugar No refined grains No Coffee No alcohol Moderate exercise Ensure you are getting sufficient deep sleep (the only thing I need a med for) Yoga Meditation Probiotics (Garden of Life Primal Defense is very effective) Raw, crushed, fresh garlic - as may as 12 cloves a day (start slow) Additional Calcium and Magnesium (2 parts Calicum to 1 part Magnesium) Rebounding (clears lymph system) 1/2 ounce of non-chlorinated water per pound of body weight daily Coffee Enemas Fasting Naturopathic health practioner Anger/stress management Ionic foot baths Detox foot pads Use Sea Salt, not table salt Replace Oils with Coconut oil (start slow) Consider Alkaline and iodine drops Oil of Oregano Grapefruit seed extract And last, but not least, Prayer! I'm sure there are more! One note . . . try one new thing at a time . . . if it's something you need to incorporate into your life style, get comfortable with one thing before starting another. You're bound to fail if you try to do too much at one time because changes cause stress. Also, know that you may experience a 'Herximer" (herx) effect when a detox method hits its target. If you get too uncomfortable, you need to back off for a while, then start more slowly to give your body time to pass the toxins released. The ability of the body to heal is incredible. However, you must give your body the raw materials it needs! . . . It's not quick, but the results are well worth the effort! Hugs and

prayers, Rogene
