Guest guest
Hi everybody! My mum is still in hospital following her overdose 3 or 4 weeks ago. She has now become psychotic and paranoid - saying there are cameras everywhere on the ward and that the staff (and me) are part of a " conspiracy " . My cousin emailed me, guilt-tripping me (I had been nc for 2 years prior to this episode). He thinks I should " put our problems to one side " because he hates seeing my mum suffering. I hate seeing her suffering too, but it's not as simple as that! He took his 12-year old daughter to see her in hospital - and obviously, she was very upset. I got the distinct impression he was blaming me for that as well. I can't help thinking it was a very stupid thing to do. Why can't people see my point of view? Just because my mum is nice to him (my cousin) doesn't mean she's nice to me! Jeanette
