With that said, both of my fahter's parents were alcoholics and my nada's father was an alcoholic too. I stumbled upon a book- Grandchildren of Alcoholics, Another Generation of Co-dependency, by Ann W. . It is a great book and it is giving me great insight into the source of pain and feelings.
