Hi all,

After a few weeks, things are falling into a routine. I just want to make sure

I'm doing everything correctly :-)

Morning: 1.5 c. Chicken & bone broth, supplements and 1 T. Coconut oil.

Lunch: 2 T. Butter, 2 eggs, 1 oz. cheese & 1 T. Cononut oil.

Dinner: 4 oz. ground beef, 2T. Butter, 1 oz. cheese & 1 T. Coconut oil.

Bedtime: 1/2 c. Homemade sauerkraut & 1 T. Coconut oil

About 158g F, 8g C and 63g P.

What do you think?
