Guest guest
Hi Judy, The best way for me to crave carbs is to drink a 6 oz glass of water with 1/4 tsp of salt and take every half hour 500 mg of Vitamin C. This is what Bee advises. It works for me.Paz. In the early days this is hard because we are not used to it but as time goes by this does get a lot easier  A book and CD set that might help you with this is 'I can Make you Thin' by McKenna. I have several of his CDs, but please do not spend loads of money on this kind of thing, me, I pick them up for £1 in charity shops and I am sure now you know about him you too will find his stuff cheaply if you look around. They sell the book and CD I have just mentioned on Ebay and Amazon, and also has his own TV show. I do not know what channel it is on, but if you are in the USA if you ask a few friends somebody will know if he is on air right now. Oh yes, just remembered, I have got some of his stuff free on freecycle on the Internet too  I am at the library right now and they are about to throw me off the computer but later when i am home I will post more about how I concured the craving and what I eat etc  Love Joanne Judy said................ I have been following your posts lately and had a question for you. Could you tell me what your typical day's meals consist of and how you manage cravings for carbs if you have them. I am trying to follow Bee's diet plan and getting low carb as much as I can but am still having cravings and do not have any appetite for protein. I never have eaten very much animal protein in the past as I like the carbs so much better and am hoping my cravings resolve or do they just never change and you have to manage that forever? I also have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, interstitial cystitis, hypothyroid, severe depression and would very much like to get these under control as all the medications are not working.
