Guest guest
I am on the morning after my 4th cleanse.. and Disappointed. No stones I had had such good results with the first cleanse - many stones came out. My 2nd and 3rd cleanse produced very few stones - maybe 10 each. My 4th cleanse I altered hoping that it would give better results: -I cut down on the EP to avoid having serious diarrhea on the first eve. of the cleanse. Agnes had suggested to start with 1 Tbsp. of EP per glass of water (2 glasses in all for the eve.) and do just 1 tsp. the next morning if diarhea developed. I always have had diarrhea with the cleanses, therefore I just used 1 tsp./glass of water for the whole cleanse. (2 glasses in the PM and 2 glasses in the AM) I did have a slight loosening of the stool, but no diarrhea. - so that was good. -I tried lying on my left side this time (as having been recommended to do for calcified stones). I've been diagnosed with stones in the gallbladder (after my first cleanse) via ultrasound. I thought that the stones must be calcified to be seen in the ultrasound so soon after the first cleanse. I recall that the first cleanse I lay on my back; and I vaguely remember lying on my right side for cleanse 2+3. Could this be my problem? I need to do something because I had another attack on December 22. This was exactly a year ago from my first attack. Both attacks happened the night of my arrival at the cottage for the Christmas holidays. In both attacks, I felt as if I was having a heart attack; but how do you get to the doctor when you're 100 km in the middle if nowhere with no phone? Thank heavens the attack is only a few hours. I wonder if the exitement/stress of getting so much done and then having little oxygen has anything to do with it? (we have to burn big fires to heat the house up -it's so cold). Any words of encouragement or help would be extremely appreciated. Thank you for listening, Suzanne
