, you are describing almost exactly what I went through which in my case is

neuropathy. I did have orthotics made and they do help but what helps the most

for me is Lyrica. Now I also take other pain meds and use the Fentanyl patch

since I had back surgery and have had pain ever since for that.

I would suggest seeing your Dr. that will probably suggest seeing a neurologist

then they can do tests to see if that is what it is. I still have problems but

the medicine does help.
