I'm like you, Molly, I wanted to know what was wrong, since the first

doctor I saw said I had SLE with nervous system involvement, and I

obviously had neurological stuff going on, with real deficits. It also

helped me with my *settlement*. I don't think insurance will be a

problem for me--I can't worry about it anyhow--I'm on Medicare, the same

insurance I had when working when I left on disability. I go from

disability to retirement this years at 65--still Medicare, and instead

of my employer's insurance I will be able to go onto my husband's

retirement medical plan from the Episcopal Church with no issue of

pre-existing or uncovered conditions. I'm lucky.
