Sandy, I do know women who have gone back for a second surgery to get the scar tissue removed. I wish they were still here on the group, or that I had kept up correspondence with them. I can't verify for sure that they all have gotten 100% better. But the concensus is that it is much better for the best chance at healing to have all traces of the implants and scar tissue removed. I hope you get more answers than just mine!
