Guest guest
Hey , It does seem you are trying to give up all addictions at once, which can be extremely difficult. I do use spices, and the sea salt, and that helps the blandness. Fat brings out the flavor, so if you are able to have a good amount of fat, now that will help. I have few cheats, because, they will not taste as good as before, and you will have a even worse reaction to them. I live alone, and it is easier because there are no bad foods to tempt me. I can more resist such at work and at my sister's house. I still have on occasion some unsweetened tea with caffeine, but not every day. Can't remember if you said you are on all the supplements. They will help. I eat raw salads some, but I do not have a problem like some people do with digestion. I do things simple really, just avoid anything in a bag or a box, and cook meat, and fat all together in a ceramic dish at 300, adding the spices. When the meat is about done, I throw in the low carb vegetables, until tender. I cook extra meat ahead sometimes, and cook the veggies on top of the stove with some fat or butter added when not much time to cook. Some use a crock pot. Try to hang in there, it can get easier. c > > > I know,Margaret,I often have felt alone in my walk, and so down,I can`t continue, but I think, having someone to walk with would make it so much easier. > >
