Guest guest
Thank you for information. My tablets are 450mg and I will start to take it three times a day. I am trying to get my husband to take it as he has bad knees and had surgery on one, but he thinks its upsetting his stomach I think its the pot of coffee he drinks everyday. I did not know it helps with digestive issues as well so it should help him. Do you put the tablet in hot water to make the tea? what brand are you using? Every time I ran out of it and did not use it I would notice my pain increased. I finally realized that I need to take it every day and not run out of it. I take three 500 mg turmeric pills a day. You can also make it into a tea. There have been numerous studies on turmeric and it works better than NSAIDs for inflammation pain. You need to build it up in your system to get the best result. Taking it in liquid does provide more immediate relief for inflammation and for indigestion. Beverly
