3 Days Later Bigger Stones Out!!!

Can you believe it! I promise... Barry and I aren't competing with

eachother...LOL. It's just that we have found that the " POWER FLUSH " is for us.

It is 3 days later and as if 2 and 1/2 CUPS (I had written last at 2 cups and

didn't expect more) of sludge and stones of all sizes wasn't enough, today I had

my first real movement because I was eating so lightly for the first day. Well,

if you really want to SEE results you MUST overcome the squimishness of

" looking " at what comes out. I decided to continue using the collander (and " go

prospecting " ) until I no longer was getting stones. WELL, lo and behold! That

was mostly stones! And these stones were all sizes, but there were some that

were quite big and dark green and very hard. One was as big as a half dollar,

dark green and was a composite of stones that had apparently been stuck together

for a long time. These stones were very heavy and hard. AND I AM A SMALL LADY!

So I have estimated close to 3 CUPS! I expect my health to really improve as I

continue to get free of these ball and chains! And eat right. Remember, this

was an experiment...I didn't know I had stones. Congestion in the body causes

nutrients from any good food we do eat, to be expelled without being absorbed.

For me the 1 pint " POWER FLUSH " is the way.

Oh, Barry...my husband wants to use as much ES as you do. Well, I will stay with

the 3 and 1/2 TBS. That works for me and I've grown to despise the taste. I'll

do the full pint of oil and pint of grapefruit juice. They are not distasteful

at all to me because the grapefruit juice cuts the oil so much. Those wonderful

juicy big pink grapefruits, what a God send! OH HAPPY DAYS! Gosh this all

sounds so weird! I was really putting all this on the back burner until Mom had

her GB out. How much of this stuff can one liver and GB have? Now that is what

amazes me!
