Guest guest
I have ear aches as well There are a couple of things I find helpful have an MD or qualified medical person irrigate your ear to remove all the ear wax It builds up over time and may cause pain or irritation The second thing that helps a lot is a special memory foam pillow is great and will help get rid of neck pain It will not help the ear that much but any pain in the upper realms makes every thing feel worse I call it my hill and valley pillow I purchase a temper-pedic pillow at least 15 years ago and it has helped me every night and therefore helped me sleep. both things are the best for me and I would imagine for others wih FMS and chronic fatigue. Those problems go hand in hand.Good luck and keep your aerobic rate up that is the known key to getting rid of your problems. If a doctor tells you that leave and don't ask that idiot anything If you can find an ear eyes and throat MD. That might be the best. Cheaper would be a friend in nursing or a competent caretaker lots o' love study the natural ways to get your mind and body back other wise your disorder till lead your life You have a lot left to work with I think investment in a really good pillow would help You will use the special pillow many years and don't leave home without it.Nettie Chicago Hi, I am new to the group. I've been having headaches so trying new pillows. I have found some that make my neck feel better but I wake up in the middle of the night with my ears aching. I asked a physical therapist about it yesterday and he said he has heard a lot of things before but never that. I said " of course. " Any tips? I found one pillow that has a hole for your ear which works but I don't like the pillow in general. I could cut ear holes in my own pillow I suppose. Thanks. Guest guest
Hi Kris,I also have neck pain and ear pain. It is not inside the ear but around it and the pillow becomes very uncomfortable. I massage my neck and head very smoothly with coconut oil and also breath and meditate visualizing having less pain and it helps. First relax, you can use different methods. I close my eyes and start traveling, mentally, from head to toe. While I do this I make sure my body becomes relax. If you are too tense, or afraid of getting more pain it is difficult to lessen the pain.Paz Subject: Ear pain on pillow?
