Hi ,

I had read in the weston Price site an article " plants bite back " or some such

title. Also lately after that big news report on microbs in the news, I did some

more reading. Joanne, and I read a lot about the germ theory, plants ( and our

problems with plants and starches), and about nightshade plants. In the

candidasupport group, Bee believes those so called toxins in plants are not a

problem if the vegetables are cooked well to break down the cell wall. Also

though, to handle them we do better if we stay very low carb, moderate protein,

high fat, and take the recommended supplements. I believe that is true to some

extent, but, as you say, it is still not good to over do it, especially, if we

are new in our healing journey. I had some antibiotics for strep throat, and

about a months treatment for rosacea about 12 years ago, and do not remember

which drug it was. I did not have the internet then, so was not as informed. I

think our immune system, and our bacteria can recover to an extent( I have seen

improvements in many ways), if we do not take in sugar or high starches,as that

can radically change the bacteria. It can change theirs and our gene

expressions. thanks again.

going on
