yes,that is probably the safest.I just know,that on many autism groups,there is

much rapid die -off going on from anti virals,anti fungal,anti bacterials,and

many use clay or charcoal tabs to help absorb the die off.This makes the person

able to handle a more rapid die-off.I don`t think I will be able to get my kids

to do the diet.Maybe a part of it.Another thing I can about NAC,my son seems to

be able to tolerate many foods that he could not before.Like my husband has junk

in the house and the kids get into it.If he got into some food he shouldn`t

have,it would cause aggressive behaviormor have him awake banging on the walls

at night.This is no longer the case.If he gets into some food I don`t want him

to have,it doesn`t seem to effect him much at all.
