Oct 14 Hi Ilena- I just returned home from, the lung doctor and he said that the tissue looked good, he did not believe it was silicone, that mot people who live here (Midwest) get gtanulomas frequently. He did many lung function tests was very thorough and good. HE said he had heard many things about silicone but had yet to hear of it going into the lung?? Who knows, he is looking at my heart,l so I now have to have a an echo of my heart and try to loose weight.

I am trying to do my best. HelenOct 13 Hi, did write to the doc in Iowa city about he gown, he called me today, and apologized over and over, he said; I each doctors and hat is something that is very important, someone's dignity and privacy, HE tried to figure out how he could have been so stupid. Anyway I did what I believe should be done hen in any way you are wronged. Tomorrow I see one more doctor, a pulmonologist to go over the spots in my right lung. It never ends and I am so tired of it all. What would I do without you and your sight.

If I had he energy I would wire ever ps that I know and share with them about he silicone in the lung. Maybe they will stop some day, you think?ShalomHelene

Ilena, my prayers go out to her family and all women who are grieving

her loss and the loss of themselves, through ill health from implants.

A question about silicone in the lungs - does it show up in ANY test?

How about an MRI? I have chronic problems with my lungs - especially

the right one. I've had a cat-scan done, results showed scarring -

they said it's probably cuz I'm an ex-smoker. I was a very light

smoker off and on during my life, and haven't smoked for 8 yrs. now.

One chest x-ray I had last year when I had pneumonia (for the

umpteenth time) showed something strange on the top of my left lung,

and ofcourse pneumonia in the right. The doc asked me if I had pain

on my left side, as well. I said, no, just the right. He was

puzzled as to what this " blob " was. I've since tried to get a copy

of that x-ray sent to my family doc. Still waiting.

Helen's story really scares me. Keep the faith, Sunny. God IS with

us. Yes, somedays there are only one set of footprints. He

certainly has carried me alot in the past few years.

I love you all very much.....let's stay close.

Sunny :)
