Guest guest
Barry, and and friends...here is the site: and look under " Non-Surgical Removal of Gallstones- The Cleanse " ...on down the page a ways http://www.relfe.com/gall_stone_cleanse.html My recipe uses, as you know, 1 pint of olive oil but instead of the half pint of lemon juice he uses, I use equal oil and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. And he doesn't use epsom salt that I can see...what dilates the ducts for his flush??? I know, to each his own, but I sure like my recipe. It mixes better and taste better to me and all that epsom salt I use really opens things up! Like I said if you don't want to power flush and get gobbs out, just half my recipe. Oh, Barry did you do your flush today? How did it go? of Dewberry Hill Isn't Dr. 's flush the one that has you drinking 1/4 cups every 15 minutes from 7 to 10 pm? Something like that. A full pint of oil? Too much for me. I don't remember the link but have seen it on here. But curious. Barry and I and I'm sure > others are totally sold on how great that awful tasing epsom salt works! > of DH > You read it correctly. The recipe on www.relfe.com doesn't call for Epsom Salts. I've used it several times and had great success with it. I don't even find the Epsom Salts to be that offensive tasting when lemon juice is added. I have tried the cleanse doing it that way, but since I've also had good results without them, I'd just rather not drink them! Sometimes I have. Sometimes I don't. To each their own - each person does what is best for themselves. in health,
