Guest guest
Thanks, Joanne - these are good ideas! I'll break my 60 hour water fast tomorrow morning and I'll try this. For the most part, I do make sure I sit down and concentrate on eating - but you hit the nail on the head - when I binged, I ate standing up and quickly :-( Today I focused on crunching out Bee's ratios for everyone in the family. I also figured out (approximately) what they need to eat everyday. Interestingly, we've been eating pretty well - except for the 2 fruits and not nearly enough fat. The kids (and dh) are fighting me on the fat. I'm going to increase it a little every few days and decrease the protein when I do that. I've already taken out the honey and they're down to 1 fruit/day. The carrot juice can stay for most, as their carb numbers are low enough to include it. I'm keeping homemade yogurt for a month until we eat up what I have to make (I have 12 gallons of raw milk (to make yogurt) coming on Saturday that I've committed to buying.) I'm pulling the last of the fruit and all nuts/peanut butter on either Sunday or Monday. I want to minimize the healing reactions - so I'm trying to do it all rather gradually. They all did well with 1 t. of coconut oil today :-) What a great adventure! +AMDG+ Jean On Tue, Jun 26, 2012 at 11:19 AM, Joanne Ford wrote: > ** > > > Jean > > Here are the four golden rules for eating in a none addictive manner.
