Guest guest
Sandy, You may or may not feel better right away. Like you stated, it is mind over matter. You must also think positively that your are ridding your digestive system of things that may be getting in the way of your healing. This is just one step in a long journey in your qeust to obtain better health. Im not so sure that drinking distilled water is best, as that may pull out vital minerals your body needs. Spring water or filtered water may be better for flushing your system without flushing things your body needs. Please don't think of my feeling better as a sign of hope that you will immediately feel better also. I have been working on my heatlh and healing for over a year now and I got explanted in February (with many months of not feeling well after anything I tried) Please stay persistant with your nutrition and health, you will one day reap what you are sowing. In what way did you feel better after taking Belly Jelly ?? I am not expecting a miracle... Just a ray of hope Sandy~ Sandy, I did start to feel better while taking the belly jelly. I only had one tub and went through it all. At first it made me consitpated, but I just drank more water through out the day. I thought I was drinking enough, but I guess I wasn't. I do believe the belly jelly will do you some good as you are not doing much for detoxing. This will be a great place to start. I also started drinking kumbacha (sp?) every day around the same time. My fibro pain and stiffness is still the same, as nothing seems to touch it. However, my energy levels are much better and I am getting more accomplished through out the day. I don't now which to attribute to the energy factor. The gal at the health food store where I buy kumbacha said that this fermented drink is very good for fibomyalgics because it balances the pH. (which I havea a hard time with). - Get your own web address for just $1.99/1st yr. We'll help. Small Business.
Guest guest
Dear Sandy, I have been reading your posts and have noticed how desperate you have been feeling about your health (believe me, I can relate!). I know it's hard to be patient when our bodies keep throwing us curve balls. I wonder if meditation might be helpful? It has helped me immensely, especially to find a place of calm in the middle of the storm of my physical symptoms. There is lots of info out there to help, if you are interested in trying it. One way to begin is to find a spiritual passage that you feel especially drawn to, memorize it and recite it in your mind for ten minutes, once or twice a day, sitting quietly with your eyes closed. I especially love to recite the poetry of Rumi. You might try it-- it has worked wonders for me through all of my health issues (and there are many health benefits from doing it, as well). It won't solve all your problems, but it could help make them easier to bear. xo Bindi Re: >> Belly Jelly Sandy, You may or may not feel better right away. Like you stated, it is mind over matter.
