Guest guest Posted January 25, 2000 Report Share Posted January 25, 2000 Montgomery County EMS is using Amiodarone (Cardarone) as a first line drug 300 mg IVP in V-Fib. We give Epi and Amiodarone as soon as we have access. We also use it as a second line in Unstable V-Tach and Ectopy. We have been doing this for at least a year.
