Guest guest
Alyssa, I am sensitive to electronics. What I have done is clear all, yes all, electronics in my bedroom. Lamps remain unplugged until and if I need them. Only electric is light switch and fan and those remain off. I use curtains to naturally darken the room. This leads to a more peaceful sleep in the evenings including a calming room to go to rest. Color is important too. My husband does residential and commercial remodel and in doing a large school, I found that studies made for children, a pastel or very light green leads to a peaceful environment. I directed the painting and the school children not only enjoyed the walls but seemed to be much calmer during school hours. I use a very attractive bluish green pastel in my room. I do not have TV's in the living room or kitchen. We have placed PC and TV in one room and I only use this room a few hours and stay away from it the rest of the day. It was hard to get used to but now I would not have it any other way. Children are extra tiny and get bombarded a hundred times stronger on electromagnetism because of their size compared to ours. ________________________________ To: fibromyalgiacured Sent: Monday, March 12, 2012 1:21 AM Subject: Re: Alyssa: Louise Hay  Ok, I looked her up. One thing that I have found recently that helps me is listening to very slow piano music and worship music. It relaxes me and helps me think about the Truth of God's Word. Now I am very interested in the effects of electronics and radiation like you said. Our Wifi connecter is in my kids room. My oldest daughter is very sensitive like me and I am wondering if this is adding to all of our problems. Do you turn your cell phone off at night too? Do you unplug other things? Thank you for your wealth of information! I am always learning more. I hope you have time to rest. Love, Alyssa > > Alyssa > > Louise Hay shares some good ideas how to feel better.
