Guest guest
Brigite, I hope this works out for you. By the way, even after you leave the consult, if you have further questions or concerns, he will call you and talk with you. I made him explain to me in detail how he would perform the surgery, right down to how he goes it and around the implant, the capsule and with what instruments...etc. I had a great anesthesiologist. Absolutely don't remember a thing andhad not one second or nausea. One suggestion: You may want to try for a morning surgery. Mine was in the afternoon. Always better to be the first surgery of the day, I think. There is more than one surgeon performing surgeries. He is not Dr. Kolb...in that....he does not treat the whole person...but he is an excellent surgeon. > > Dr. Schnarr's office called me back. I have a consultation set up for > September 15. Guest guest
I wanted you to know that I also live in VA. I used Dr. Schnars office to remove the drains and stiches. his RN did it. Funny thing is that actually was the nurse for my inplanting DR. back in 2002. Small world huh. Anyhow, even though I decided not to use Dr. Schnarrs to do my explant, I used Dr. Kolb, his office staff is great and he has a great bedside manner. I'm currently getting treatments at their medi spa to help with scaring. I will go for my second treatment tuesday. If Any of you ladies are going to be seeing Dr. Schnarrs we should meet up for lunch sometime if you are feeling up to it.
