Sorry to OFFEND

Ok, This part goes out to all the people that I OFFENDED for sending out the

Jesus letter.. It was not my intention to OFFEND anyone. Yes, I am a

Christian, I do forget that not all are Christians. I know that it was not

on topic of LC, but considering that we get other letters with different

things in them besides LC, I thought it would be ok.. But I see that the

mention of Jesus, does not set well with some.. So, those of you that do

not like it, have no fear, I will not post another one. Honestly, to have so

many bad responses on and off the lists I did think of unsubscribing to the

list. Many of you may say Thank goodness, but you will not get rid of me

that easily.. There are wonderful people on here and thank you for all the

encouraging things you have to say. Oh and in the letter it mention " mantra "

at the end. I understand why the certain person emailed me about this my

husband explained it to me.. Just wrap it up to my ignorance.

I have had a great weekend, I did cheat some, but not alot.. , April,

Debbie, Di, Abigail My Team Won.. 34-17. woohoo.

Ok, when I got up and weighed Saturday morning, I weighed 248. I went from

258 down to 248 in a week of course after being off the diet for 2 weeks

prior I know that it was just water. Still felt great to be below 250.

You guys have really been doing great, with your weight loss. I hope you all

reach your goals.

Abigail, that is great on your recovery.. Keep at it I know you can do it..

April, you work out maniac.. YOU GO GIRL, work it out..

, I want to see the pic too. I am going to hit my work out hard and

heavy tomorrow, then go jog afterward.
