Guest guest
Hi Joanne, Yes, Dr. McBride independently arrived at the same conclusions as the WPF folks, and they have been joining forces. McBride gave an amazing speech last year at the London WPF conference. The talk by McBride and Sally Fallon at this conference are both on you tube and very inspiring! I have listened to all the Sallon Fallon videos and when I tried to introduce daily I got my from lovely a Weston Price member, so I am pretty aware of this group now. I have the book Nourishing Traditions which is wonderful, though I just drool looking at the recipes now thinking of what I will hopefully be able to eat one day!! The book also has fabulous information! It's like the healthy version of The Joy of Cooking with informative commentary. I can't believe in 60 years I hadn't heard of Weston Price! All this supressed information by the agri business over the decades is infuriating. I am also aware of the cod liver oil recommended, but I haven't been able to tolerate it yet... maybe soon! Can't wait. I also listen to all the material from Pope - do you know her? The healthy home economist! She provides great information also, and you can get on her mailing list and get an email almost daily from her with a video or text providing great information!! Much of her tips are for those who are able to tolerate many foods and are pretty healthy. I hope to be one of those people soon with no pain to minimal pain like you!! Weston Price is one of Bees sources, and Natasha campbell McBride is a member of the Weston Price foundation > > http://www.westonaprice.org/cod-liver-oil/cod-liver-oil-basics > > Love Joanne > >
