Guest guest
Tony, Anne has some great ideas about preparation. And did you do the parasite cleanse first? I did all the cleanses and think my liver was just so congested so that's why I felt so terrible during my two " power " flushes where I used 1 pint of oil. But they sure were productive. 2 cups of sludge and stones, yesterday and today too...glad I stuck it out. Maybe next flush won't be so hard now that the congestion dam is broken. Hang in there. of Dewberry Hill Anne said: Now you were very sick weren't you, and I am always sick (vomit) with my cleanse either two hours after, or next morning. I contacted julia chang of www.sensiblehealth.com and told her about my failed cleanse. She suggested that I needed to decongest my liver for at least three weeks before attempting to to this cleanse. She found the cleanse for her was very successful by taking chinese bitters in the morning before food (at least 30 mins before) and taking the coptis at night. Her website is very informative, and she will reply to your questions when she gets time. Without being negative, may I say that she has understanding in some areas that perhaps other practitioners don't. but the more research the better anyway. Guest guest
Hi all, I am interested in the LIVER CLEASE part of the LIVER FLUSH aspect to this program. Also, I noticed that the expire date on my olive oil was October 2001. So, I am thinking that a half cup of that down me, wasn't going to go well, if everything else was working as it was suppose to. Thank you, to those that gave of there time to help a new flush member, flush well. Tony
Guest guest
I am curious, as to how many flushes one needs to do. I don't want to be a flush-a-holic... but want to see if my post nasal drip will go away. And... maybe the stiffness in my muscles, due to toxins in the muscle itself. Guest guest
Hi Tony, Dr. Hulda recommends at least 4 to 5 liver flushes, but says that you should pass at least 2000 stones before you are clear. Then do the cleanse 2 times a year to maintain. Others say that you should do the cleanse until you stop passing stones. I've done the cleanse 6 times(over a period of 4 months), and have passed close to 2,000 stones, in my estimation. However, I'm still passing stones! So, I'm going to do the liver cleanse once a month for awhile. Some have posted that they've been doing the cleanse periodically for over a year! I guess that I would say that it's going to depend on the person as to how many cleanses are needed. If you've successfully done the cleanse 4 to 5 times, as recommended by Dr. , and you are symptom free, then you could just do the cleanse to maintain. If however, you find that you are still having pain/symptoms, then, IMO, it is safe to continue doing the cleanse. I have heard from another source, that if you are doing cleanses regularly over the period of a year, that you should supplement your diet with calcium. I'm looking into recommendations about this, and don't have all the answers myself. The best thing you can do is to keep reading, and researching so that you can make the best decision for yourself.
