How many of you have had mono or an Epstein Barr vaccination? I had mono when I

was 18 and an Epstein Barr shot when I was 19.

Fibro started when I was 28.

I never had mono and I can not recall the shot.

I did have something when I was 19 that they thought was mono but they said it

wasnt but they could not figure out what it was I had to go weekly for vitamin

shots, I could not sleep and my whole body hurt to the bones it was like that

for almost a year.

I had mono twice before getting fibro. I know some doctors say you can't have

the active form more than once, but I did. Tests verified that after I insisted

on them. I had it about 6 years then 4 years before getting fibro. I never had

the vaccine, however. I've read that the majority of people that get mono do so

as a baby, but the symptoms are milder then. About 90% of the population

apparently has had it. Someone mentioned this stat before.
