I've tried both of them (Dr. 's method and this one) and have ended up with sort of a combination of the two of them. I'd also encourage you to read the archives of this group. I know there are a ton of messages out there, but there's a lot of great information and testimonials that can be encouraging and helpful. At the bottom of each e-mail are the sites with pictures and recipes. Most of us use the Epsom Salt also to help the ducts open up so the sludge and stones can come out easier. I have always doubled or tripled the recipes and gotten fantastic results! And if you use fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice, it mixes very well and cuts the taste of the olive oil so it's not half bad. Chill the grapefruits first. And if you use a doubled or tripled recipe then take 3-4 drinks and recline as much as possible between drinks.
