Guest guest
Hello ladies, Just an up date since my explant in June. I located a nurse who works for a layer. She is looking into my case and there is a good possiblitiy that I will be added to a class action lawsuit that already has been started against Mentor for their faulty ports of their saline implant devices. Has anyone else heard of any class action lawsuits for this? Dr. Blias' indicated in his report to me that " AT this time their are no class action lawsuits for saline implant " Well this nurse has found that their is. If anyone else has any info. on this let me know. As I will also keep you all posted in case you may be interested in this class action lawsuit. Allyson K. Guest guest
Mentor silicone prior to 1992 are included in the Dow, no other Mentor implants have a class action or are involved. Anyone getting saline implants by Mentor after 1992 had to sign a waiver to never sue. I am sure that is also true with their silicone implants since 1992. Guest guest
-, Hi its me Terri. One of the reasons I went into so much detail is to hopefully help some of you gals that are frustrated with not getting better results right away. I was explanted 1 year ago in August. I have since just had another surgery to get rid of a capsule that was left in on the left side. Part of the reason I haven't been able to get rid of all of my symptoms and sickness. My illness was so bad I believe because I had them 20 years and had no clue it was the implants so I never got any correct treatment. I was just so happy to have my memory back, I can live with some of the other problems I still have. It is still alot but not as major everything I still have is in lesser degrees. My worse is the fatigue and pain the neck and hips and low back. I continue to try to resolve it. I just joined curves to try and get some of the weight off because last year when I was 20lbs lighter my hips and back didn't hurt as bad.And I am going to massage therapy again , I am still healing from surgery but after I am going to colonics and foot sauna and do detox again. My headaches are off and on. But again to have my mind functioning again is huge for me. Love and aloha to all my friends here we can do this together through love and support for each other Terri P -- In , GMCLADY98@... wrote: > > how are you now ?
