Hi, One problem lately was that Garden of Life changed their formula, so you

have to check your bottle to see the ratios. Fish oil will thin your blood, but

not at the doses Bee recommends. There may be other things a person can take in

that can make a difference, if off Bee's list. I always took the Carlton brand,

and never had a problem. I don't get over 3000 units a day. Hope this helps.

there are 2 Garden life formulars. For one the required amount it 1 tablespoon

and the other is 2 teaspoons. It seems to me that these levels are too low to

trigger nosebleeds but maybe if a person has a susceptability to nosebleeds less

codliver oil could trigger one. I dont know, Bee will know better than me. I

know the Weston Price foundation promote cod liver oil as a superfood with many

benefits, but if you are likely to have nosebleeds then an alternative source

might be needed

Now need to take it easy for 2-3 days...because they didn't pack it. They said

to not take fish oil for a while. Couple of years ago this happened and they

packed it. This is the 2nd nose bleed I have ever had.

for awhile). Yesterday....3hours before the nose bleed, took 2nd dose of supps.

and added 2nd tablesoon of New formula Garden of Life CLO.

Rechecked bees list and see I did too much :( yes I took 1 tablespoon am then

1 tablespoon pm, this is the only time I did this).

plus 1 softjel that contains 10,000 IU vitamin A from cod liver oil with no D,

one time per day. Is this correct?
