*Personally, I don't consider high fat meals to be " risky " and, of

course, I know that high fat is recommended here. Still, I found this

article very interesting. It also mentions that the spices lowered

insulin levels, which is much more relevant for me and may be useful

info for others here. I don't know how it applies, but I felt compelled

to pass it along.
