Guest guest
Thanks for sharing the story of your flush. I think it's great to hear of other people's experiences. It also helps the newcomers to get a little more familiarized with the process before they do their own for the first time. I like reading about them just because I think it's interesting how each person is different and each body responds differently to different amounts and combinations of what's being ingested. It sounds like you had some really great results - congratulations. It IS amazing, isn't it, to think that the liver/gallbladder has managed to function with all this stuff in there? And won't it be awesome when we get to the point where there just isn't much coming out anymore? Here's to improving health! Guest guest
, Congrats on your 3rd flush success!!! Sounds great. I'm doing my 4th flush tonight and will post the results later. Note; I am not cutting Dr. 's flush from 1 pint to 1/2 pint of Olive oil (in 1/2) but am actually doubling Dr. s flush from 1/2 cup of oil to 1 cup of oil. I'm going up to one cup while you are going down to one cup. :-) I hope we can both find what works best for our systems. Happy Health. It WAS very successful, producing much very thick heavy sludge and many green stones (avg size of a pea or smaller...some bigger). > > The first flush 6 weeks ago the stones were more like the clumped together sand colored cholesterol sludge, not green. Sucking on mint, or grapefruit wedge when I felt really bad. Also sparkling water helped to settle my stomach today after the epsom salt water was well onto doing it's thing. > > To Ira and those I told to use 1 pint olive oil/matching grapefruit juice and 3-4 TBS E.S.: well, although my large husband didn't have too much of a problem with that...for my small frame, I think now that it was a little masochistic (LOL!) I will cut that recipe in half next time...like Barry is doing this weekend. Not to say that I won't be uncomfortable, but I think that was too much. Hey, this isn't supposed to be a picnic, right? If you could see how much stuff I got out, like a cup and a half and it's very heavy. Add that all the stuff I got out on the first one, and it makes a person wonder how much can the liver and gallbaldder hold?!! > > If your rear gets really sore like mine did, you may want to have some Sonne's # 13 on hand. It took the irritation and pain right away. You apply externally. It has good things in it along with benzocaine. And I didn't have castor oil packs so when my midriff felt bad, I used hot washclothes, because I need to get a hot water bottle. Maybe the dampness was good anyway. > > Then this eve I made a great soup on my woodstove: shredded potato, zucchini, onion and lots garlic with good powdered veggie broth. That is helping me get my strength back. Where did all that sludge come from, the liver? And I had completed all the pre-cleanses, including the parasite cleanse...I guess getting that much stuff out isn't supposed to feel like a picnic, but it will be worth it! I wonder how much more is left? Just have to do it again in a few weeks. Was glad to be alone here at the cabin today. Sometimes a person doesn't want company. Sorry this got long. > > Happy flushing, of Dewberry Hill > > > > > " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within.
