Guest guest
I put on the coconut oil each morning. we store ours in a glass jar. We washed a jar from food well and put it in our bathrooms. Then when it is below 76 degrees in the house we just run the glass jar under hot water and it liqufies the coconut oil. At night I rub warm coconut oil on my problem areas like neck, shoulders, and lower back. Sometimes I do use it on my whole body at night but usually just problem spots. If I have an area that is hurting badly I rub it on a few times a day and it really helps. I actually had lumps form in my problem areas. I read this is toxins coming to the surface. Then I continued to apply the coconut oil frequently to the lumps and they disappeared. Beverly
