Guest guest
I do like the meat drippings.I do take supplements off and on.Gets expensive, with trying to buy them for myself and both kids that are on the spectrum.Plus,I nuy mostly organic for my son.I wish I could feed us all that way,but food is so expensive. My husband doesn`t really go along with it.I have been taking vit c lately.I usually take B complex and a multi vit, when I remember to take it.I was concerned,my copper and zinc levels were messed up.My son was once tested and he tested high for copper and low zinc.I figured, maybe he got it from me.Since my multi vit has copper,I was kind of not taking it for awhile.Trying to give us more zinc, but getting the right balance, seems complicated to me. Guest guest
Hi Tina, It is true Bee says to not take a multiple as they have only a few minerals and cause imbalances. If you and your family take some moist gray sea salt and the calcium and magnesium citrate, and get unprocessed meat and eggs, and no grains, and soy, your zinc levels will be good in proportion to your copper. I think on Bee's website she has a link about it. I read 30 years ago, that wheat would use up your zinc, and cause problems, but did not start really putting all things together until last few years. Have you looked into food gleaning sites, and farmer's markets. The vegetable market close by me just opened up for the season.
