Guest guest
Joanne, Yes, I can see my changes after the diet, I am not as much like that now. I am not sure being that way made us have those diseases, or our diet and toxins made us that way, and the disease process. I see aspects of perfectionism,in my family, although some not as trying to be so good(that was me). It is true too, that our emotions can cause physical changes. We are instructed by the Bible to be kind. etc as Jesus was, but he talked about not throwing your pearls to swines. That does not mean we can be disrespectful to authority or others. Being kind, really good can change some we meet, but it will not work with all. c > > > > They are using visuses to replace genes in Parkinsons > Â > http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-12758230 > Â > With this illness the focus is very much on repair and rarely on cause > Â > I think that the cause is avoided because it is to do with 'goodism'. People get very offended and even angry when you tell them that you being so good is making you ill, but that is the truth of it > Â > Love joanne
Guest guest
Hi Joanne, Yes, there is a scripture saying not to be righteous overmuch as to cause desolation to yourself. A lot of it is lack of nutrition or just too much overeating, which is an overdose of energy to our mitochondria. Fasting did not seem to be good either, from C Wallace articles. Energy from fat seems more associated with more antioxidants, and brain and body protection. In ketosis, we mimic fasting, and still get nutrients. The first is a simplified article-mentions Parkinson and more. http://actionbioscience.org/genomic/wallace.html http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3245719/?tool=pmcentrez http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3245717/?tool=pubmed Dr wallace works now at a Children's hospital in Philadelphia. His articles mention autism. I bought me some turmeric root today, and peeled some and put in freezer, and added some to my chicken at lunch. I have yellow fingers at present. Been adding it(powder i had) to my egg drink too. Actually feeling different in shoulders, not better really. I still have stiff upper back muscles, and maybe this is what I need to get those toxins out of those muscles. It may not be pleasant for a while though. Best, c > > > Â > I got dragged away before > Â > This problem with goodism, I do not think I have it now. I have some of the traits of it that linger but it is not as big a problem > Â > When i found ketosis via the Atkins diet this was very much eased and I could deal with this stuff much better but it was still quite debilitating in spats, but as time went by and I dealt with it my body healed > Love joanne
