Guest guest
Sandy, I notice I have color in my cheeks. I am still having problems with fatigue, pain in my hips low back, neck and shoulders. I just started massage therapy this week and start curves next week. I am doing a hydotherapy colonics on the 15th as well as the foot baths to remove metals. I am doing alot more and I am able to go to all my appointments. I am seeing my rheumy next week, I am still trying to keep moving, I couldn't do anything before explant. Then while I was recovering from explant I was able to do more but still had that nasty residual capsule in that kept me from getting better, Like Rogene says it is a long road I had implants for 20 years and was sick for ten, I don't expect anything, I just keep going and will try to do everything I can that is positive for my healing, I know from starting curves I can lose at least 20 lbs I have lost 5 so far, That will help with the pain in the hips and low back. Probably the fatigue also. But I can get there and so can you, the healing takes longer if you didn't get your capsules removed. So I have some healing still to do , But I have no doubt that I am better than I was. Terri P Aloha Sandy and to everyone who is struggling you can get better. > > > At the one year mark, my doctors and my > Naturopthic Doctor did not know if I was going to > live. If so what improved after the capsules were removed.. After already having implant removal I am now trying to get my plastic surgeon to do a complete capsulectomy for me. > > Sandy~ > > Terri, > > How are you doing, has your health improved since your last surgery ?
