working out after explant

hi ladies,

sorry I've been away for a bit, was out of town for work.

Can you tell me what the real scoop is with working out after explant?

I am really not looking forward to loosing so much work out time. Is

it about 6 wks? I am talking about aerobics, power yoga, pilates,

light weights. It doesn't seem that there is any way to keep fit

during those 6 weeks :( except for walking, but if you are in a cold

climate.....I was thinking of just using those Sansone walking

dvds and not do any upper body.

Any ideas or advice would be appreciated. :)
