Guest guest
Hi Tina, This is the one I use http://www.saltworks.us/shop/product.asp?idProduct=348 If I get some salted nuts, or some such I get cramps in my legs. Mc's fries have MSG, and gluten, as well as salt. You could fry him a few in coconut oil, and put some sea salt on them. that is really good tasting salt. I have a book on nutrition, and it showed a photo of a small child that looked normal, but it was water weight, and when he got better nutrition, he lost the water, and he looked very thin. The best nutrients seem to be from bone broth, and liver, as well as needing the high fat for absorption. Do you puree his food? Bee said something about having bone broth, and not needing the calcium and magnesium. Pretty hot here. cindy c > > I use sea salt, but,I don`t have grey sea salt.Maybe i should get it.He eats mostly organic, but,I was letting him have french fries from Mcs and plain potatoe chips.Loaded with salt.i know. For years,he ate nothing but meat and veggies, and he did not get a great deal better. So,I let him have a few treats.I know,I need to get him off these. Why?He reatins water,so much worse than others.I mean, his whole face gets puffy at times.Like I said,He is 105lbs.You expect a heavy person to retain lots of water, but,he has always been on the scrawny side, due to food intolerance and not being able to absorb nutrients.Just, gets worse with the very hot weather. His electrolytes are screwed up in the very hot weather.
