Guest guest
My stone report says that the stones are calcified. I think that means they are calcium stones? If so, then I don't think they will be as easy to pass....right? >> ______________- , no, I think you can still pass them fine. Let's see what someone else has to say about it. I think it's only the calcified ones that show up on x-rays anyway, and I know that I have them. Susie
Guest guest
, I think the problem with calcified is that sometimes they just won't move out. If they will move out there is enough bile to push them. laura ----- Original Message ----- From: " leesina33594 " <leesina33594@...> <gallstones > Sent: Friday, January 11, 2002 5:53 PM Subject: P.S To Question > My stone report says that the stones are calcified. Guest guest
, Cholesterol stones will come out by the hundreds during a flush because they are soft, mushy like. These softer stones are coming straight out of the liver through the common duct in my opinion. Some also are in the ducts and also the GB. They pass easy. Calcified stones are harder because they have sat in the GB for a long time and have grown and calcified. In my opinion, these are usually the cause of the pain. Pain is either caused by a lot of stones and sludge in the ducts or also if a calcified stone is trying to squeeze out of the GB after eating fatty foods. Other pain could be if your GB is wasted beyond repair or some other reason as well of course. My pain is because of a 1 cm calcified stone ultrasounded in my GB. My first two flushes got out a lot of sludge and dozens of big soft stones. I still have the one 1cm calcified stone in my GB. I'm not sure if it was the 'problem stone' or if the sludge was the cause. I have to diet and continue to flush until that calcified stone breaks down over time and passes out. I am looking into herbs such as Chanca Piedra to try and assist a breakdown of hard stones. In the meantime, I have not had pain in 6 weeks because my diet is good. No fatty, big meals. No pain is my primary goal. :-) Good luck. Read the info on curezone.com. It is full of a lot of info. Barry. > My stone report says that the stones are calcified.
