I am putting on my skin in the am when I am getting ready and again when I

change for bed. I put some in a small tupperware container and put it in our

bathroom..otherwise I kept forgetting to do it. My husband is trying it on some

spots that the doctor said where not cancerous but she did not take a sample.

Also he is putting it on his knees one knee he had surgery last year and the

other knee he is told he should have the surgery. The knee he had the surgery on

often feels nervy so I told him to try the oil on his knees. We just really

started a few days ago. I am also trying it on my dry heals that have been a

problem since I was 16.

You should be able to find a dust mask at home depot or even walgreens in the

medical area

I can see why you want to avoid surgery since you now seem to have running nose

after your last

My sister had surgery as well but hers was for small sinuses and they said she

was born with it and they were able to make them a bit bigger and for her she

has not gotten really sick since and she is a preschool teacher

Since her sinuses were small stuff would just stay in her face and you could

even see her face and nose swell up when she was sick

How often do you rub this on affected area,in a day?I only did once

yesterday.Been cleaning,and I don`t have a mask,and I have been sneezing

alot,and runny nose,every time I bend over my nose runs.Seems to be worse since

I had that surgery,my nose running every time I bend over.Anyway,hard to

remember to do this.Putting the oil on more than once.Kids always need

something.I get distracted.Another reason i`m skeptical of having more

surgery,my constant runny nose when I bend over.
