Hello

Yes this was my first time with Botox. my pain neuro first did a nerve block in

my occipital lobes and that worked for about 3 weeks then we did the Botox but

it was all over my head 30 shots total and they wanted to do my neck but I said

no then they wanted to do the trape area I said okay. I have been feeling fine

with my neck and trape shoulder blade area where I normally have fibro issues

and this bad. I woke up the next day and just felt sore from the shots day two I

felt like someone had hit me I still forced myself to meet some family members

for lunch. Day three I was in bed and feeling like I had been in a bad car

accident. The botox is supposed to last for 3 to 4 months and its helping on the

left side of my head but not on the right...the funny thing is when they did my

surgery it was mainly on the left so I was shocked I had so much pain on the

right. I am glad for the relief on one side. I will take it easy at work.

I do think it is working for migraines. They did 6 shots in my forehead

I will keep you all updated - hopefully next Monday I will have more relief

Also I rubbed coconut oil on myself the first two nights and I am wondering if

maybe it was trying to detox the botox...?

Ciao-

Ange

I sure am sorry to hear of your misadventure with botox head shots.

I saw the clip on it the other day on Dr. Oz show. I guess it does not

guarantee it will help with fibro? I wondered about that. Was this your

first time to do the botox shots?

I am so glad your doctor has seen improvement on your stroke condition.

Just sorry you have to go back to work. Try not to do more than you can, dear.

It can be more crippling than what you started with.

You asked the coconut flour question, I have wondered about that but have

not tried baking with that particular flour. I haven't baked for a while. Am

curious, hope someone answers to the affirmative. I'd like to find out more.

Good night, God Bless,

Hello

How are you doing?

I have not been posting lately I had a bad reaction to the botox head shots and

just starting to feel better. I dont think I will let them inject me again in my

shoulder trape area that is where my fibro is always bad and it seemed to cause

a flare up

I see my primary doctor tomorrow and my stroke doctor said my last MRI shows

improvement so he is giving me the okay to go back to work but just two days a

week. I am not sure if I can do it but I feel like I have to try.

Has anyone tried baking with coconut flour?

Ciao-

Ange
