Guest guest
Pre-flush cleanses are recommended and I have done them but for my second flush I thought I needed a little extra help. To those who want to do deep bowel cleansing before your flushes, and have never done a colema (it is similar to colonic but the hose doesn't go very far inside): I went to a lady that was suggested from the health food store and paid to have one colema. A colema is on a special board. I was very frightened and didn't understand at first (had bad experinces with enemas as kid)...well, PUT YOUR MIND TO REST! It was wonderful, relaxing and felt great! She put me on the Sonne program for one day. I went back and got another colema and got out precancerous concentrated plack (sp?). Since I saw everything she did, I purchased my own board (little over $100) and have never paid for a colema again! I just now did one and boy is it worth it! Gets stuff out quickly that many expensive and time consuming cleanses don't. If you get book " Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management " by Bernard Jensen, then you can learn about the colema. I do a cleanse for one day using psyllium and clay water by Sonne. There is a special regime I will write up for you soon. Easier and cheaper than Jensens and still works. BTW do I feel great to get out 2 yrs worth of junk out today (slipping on my diet for 2 years). I need to do this more often. Now here I go to do my 2nd GB flush! " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within. " -Kubler Ross " Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
