It's great when the body can do what it wants to do and eliminate things on its own. What do you still want to learn about before doing a cleanse? Is there anything that any of us might be able to help with??? in health, rachel~~
Guest guest
, This is exactly what your body is suppose to do as long as your liver and gb are not diseased, sluggish, or unhealthy. This definitely sounds like a stone. I used to feel that before I had major colic problems too. If your body is producing stones, you definitely want to start dieting better, do a few flushes to get out any more stones that you have, and even flush twice a year to keep your gb clear. If the stones get bigger and harder in your gb then they will be harder to get out and will cause a lot of pain when they can't naturally move out. Now is a good time to control them, eliminate them, before they become a problem. Good health.
