Guest guest
, having fought candida for years...apple juice is a two edged sword. It is good to get the liver moving and things softened up in the bowels and bulks with the psyllium nicely...but especially in large quantities by itself it can be too sweet and sugary. I got a candida reaction once from juicing fresh watermelon in my juicer ( rind and all...like The Juiceman suggested), yes...it's very good for bladder, etc. But can really get the candida going. Maybe if a person was cleaned out better then the candida would not flair up so much. So I use apple juice and others but in moderation. of DH How does apple juice help yeast to proliferate?? And what kind of quantity of apple juice would do it? thanks, " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within.
