Need Advice Re: Chang Info

Hi friends: This is Chang's site: http://www.sensiblehealth.com/ . Her

main idea is in healing the liver and related organs. I'm very impressed with

everything she's written and want others ideas. Has anyone followed her methods

and used the herbs. Her site is 23 pages but well worth the read. I printed it

out. Men your advice welcome...but especially the ladies, since she address so

many female health concerns. I'm going to list a few of the things I'm confused

on. Going to write her, but she says her mail is 2 weeks getting answered and I

would like any input you have.

1) What oil to use reguarily. I use olive oil and am very inpressed with the

oils on the Omega Nutruition website. And I know many of you use flax oil. She

says flax oil is not good for women with homone imbalances and she doesn't even

recommend it to women. I have used a great blend called Udo's choice but that

has flax in it too. And Omega Nutrition has a great looking blend, but it also

contains flax. Maybe flax in a blend is ok? Anyway she says flax produces too

much estrogen and that's what we want to avoid. She explains the too much

estrogen thing.

2) The other foods and herbs she cautions against that produce too much estrogen

such as things I thought were really benificial. Apples? Carrots? Squash? Milk

Thistle? Etc. I have to watch for Candida and now this. But I must say...If

she's correct...do read her whole site...then WOW!

3) Have any of you used her herbs? I got into the web site for the herbs she

promotes and must say they do look very good. She seems to know what she is

talking about and has helped many people.

I have lots of questions but hope some of you can help. If Agnes doesn't answer
