Wow, whatever happened to listening to both sides of the story. What

a bunch of cowards.

There's a few situations going on right now around me that are really

stirring me up. My son is not being accepted on staff right

now for Youth Pastor because the head pastor of the church has

to " get to know him better " . The present youth pastor and his wife

have been training & for 2 months and think they are the

chosen ones for the job. They are leaving because of not seeing eye

to eye with this pastor. There has been gossip and injustice. They

label you with having " issues " if you dare speak up.

My grandson was grabbed in Sunday School a few months back. The

lady in charge held him by the upper arm and dragged him across the

room. She left dark bruises. When & addressed it with

the pastor and his Sunday School Leader, the first question he asked

is, " does he bruise easily? " They basically wrote it off, and said

none of his staff would do that. No accountability. The abuser

didn't even have to show up. We weren't even informed of who she

was. and know.

My son is honest, humble and obviously a threat to " don't rock the

boat " and " everything has to look good on the outside " . I can't even

attend church there anymore, I've lost respect for the way things are

done. Poor . They made him look like the " bad guy " A little 6

yr. old with a kidney disease. Oh, where pride and ego go. It

really makes me mad. It's time to expose the truth and expose the

lies.

And a good native friend of mine, , was nominated for Chief of

his tribe at Wabumun. He lost out because he also is humble, speaks

the truth, has a truly compassionate heart and wants to make changes

to actually help the people. But money and " showing off " seems to be

more popular.

Oh, Lea, my heart is so heavy these days. I seem to be hurting for

and with everyone. I'm presently researching about petitions and how

many numbers are needed to overturn a bill/law. Also, am in the

midst of composing my " letter of love " to Health Canada, with copies

going to MP, MLA, and Prime Minister Harper. Children's Handicapped

Services will also be receiving a " letter of love " regarding their

policy that prohibits relatives doing respite for family members. I'm

just waiting to get paid, and then I will pursue this. Enough is

enough.

They get away with it because no one will challenge them. Like the

government is some god....I think not. I realize it's a frightening

experience, and people have been threatened, but with God on my side

I am not afraid anymore. I'm dying inside a little every day that I

don't do something about the innocent ones being hurt. Namely, the

children. Although I didn't breast feed my children with implants,

they had to watch my health degenerate over the years, and it caused

them great harm. It's still difficult for them...and my

grandchildren thinking their grandma was going to die.

Wow, I really needed to express this. I've been keeping alot inside

lately and it's been making me more ill.

I have fond memories of a parent group I was part of in Devon, AB

back in the day....there were only 5 of us, steadfast parents. I was

secretary the first year, and President the next. The school board

and town council thought there were 200 of us. When we first formed

we did a survey among the towns' people, and there were approximately

200 interested, but only 5 of us showed up to stay.

We were the first parents to attend school board/town council

meetings and show an interest in what was happening at the schools.

We were humble, assertive, and wouldn't stop until, with the help of

a new school superintendent, changed the school system, so children

were not being abused anymore and even had a teacher " retired "

early. Ofcourse, you can't fire a teacher. It's nearly impossible.

There's a case where a few strong voices made a big impact. I am

dreaming of a day when women will overtake these giants.

I know it's difficult, because, as you say, many are ashamed of

having been implanted and are afraid to speak up. I belonged to a

sexual abuse group for 2 years in the past, and women came and went,

due to low self-esteem, self-loathing, isolation, etc. It's so sad.

I have faith that we can make changes if we persist, and stay

vigilant. I'm in here for the duration, whatever it takes.
