Re: April ketostix show us our threshold

Jojo,

You mentioned we only have a few months to be able to read ketones then the

stix are not realiable any more. Will our body not create ketones anymore?

Trouble is, I don't want to test what my threshold is right now because I'm

treating candida and don't to be having more carb than what my body asks

for just to see. Hmm, I guess I should try one day just to see. Is one day

or even one meal enough?
