Thanks for the good word. :-) I'm researching what oils are best to take and will post a separate mail on that...as I'm getting some conflicting info. But do want to order a probably too expensive order from Omega Nutrition. Gotta see if they sell in the bigger health food stores. When I go to Texas (Dallas) they have huge Whole Foods Store.
