Thanks Guys, I just have not treated anyone with it before and was looking

for some ideas of what to look for the Pt I Wrote of is a 72 YoF and she was

having tightness in her chest as well as SOB. Pt has recently moved into our

area with her daughter and I was wondering what it was caused by and so on.
